All TaiAami products listed or not listed on the website, their price, size, photos and descriptions are subject to change from time to time.
Purchase of a TaiAami product on the web site is subject to availability of stock.
TaiAami reserves the rights of modify, suspend, discontinue of its any sale or product or service with or without notice.
The product specifications (weight, size, colour etc.) mentioned with the product photos displayed are might not be actual they just for indication. There is also a small variation within the footage and therefore the individual products.
Acceptance of Orders Policy
When you place an order in our website, is subject to acceptance by us. Your receipt (email/SMS/push notification or any other communication) of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time, after receiving your order, to accept or decline or cancel your order for any reason. We may require additional information or verification before accepting any order. While you are purchasing, you will be required to accurately provide the recipient’s name and shipping address and contact number. You agree that, if TaiAami cancels all of your order, you will accept refund.
The message on the complimentary (not guaranteed) message card, that is provided by TaiAami, will either be printed or hand written, depending on situation and place where we are delivering.
Change Policy
Since flower arrangements are completely hand-made, there might be a small variation from the image shown on the website. Often, change of flowers is necessary the reason behind this is seasonal and/or regional inconvenience problems.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Any cancellations to the order shall be made before one calendar date of the actual delivery date to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the delivery date starts (based on IST). Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: “Cancellation Request” and sent to [email protected]

Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received at [email protected] or over phone in case of phone cancellation we will send you cancellation email if that accepted. If you are not getting cancellation email please cancellation request to [email protected] as soon as possible.
Refund shall be made under following conditions:
- Order was cancelled.
- Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient or incorrect address provided)
- If the product delivered is having quality issue, we will inquire about the same and if it is found accurate and true, you will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
A refund can only be requested in case of service failure or cancellation of order, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of ours will be final. The refund amount in any circumstances cannot exceed the amount paid by customer; we are not responsible or liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer to our account.
In case of Cancellation before the delivery date, some charge might be applicable due to bank transaction fee but not more than 5%. Cancellation on the delivery date (IST) will incur no refund.
Once refund initiated it can take up to 10 working days to credit in your account.
In all matters concerning cancellation and refund TaiAami shall have the deciding hand.
TaiAami may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website but we not bound to.
