Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Any cancellations to the order shall be made before one calendar date of the actual delivery date to claim refund of the paid amount. No refund shall be made once the delivery date starts (IST). In case of Courier Products cancellation is not possible if the product is dispatched.
- Cancellation of order shall be made with mail with Subject: “Cancellation Request” and sent to [email protected]

- Cancellation shall be initiated after formal order cancellation request is received at [email protected]
- Refund shall be made under following conditions:
- Order was cancelled.
- Order was not delivered to the recipient. (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient)
- If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered, we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
- A refund can only be requested in case of service failure, our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final. The refund amount in no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by customer, we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by customer.
- In case of Cancellation before the delivery date, 0% charge will be applicable.
- Any discounted or exempted amount cannot be claimed for refund.
- Any extra amount credited to TaiAami’s account may be considered for order enhancement but will not be refundable.
- In all matters concerning Cancellation and refund TaiAami shall have the deciding hand.
- TaiAami’s may amend its Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will notify you by email or an announcement on the website.

Products and Pricing
All products listed on the website, their descriptions, and their prices are subject to change from time to time.
Purchase of a product on the website is subject to availability of stock.
TaiAami reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the sale of any product or services with or without notice.
In the event a product or service is listed at an incorrect price from TaiAami’s suppliers, TaiAami shall have the right, post the acceptance of any order, to decline or cancel any such order, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or you have been charged for such product or service. If you have already been charged for the order and TaiAami cancels your order, we will refund the amount.
The message on the complimentary message card, which is provided by Ferns N Petals, can either be printed or hand written, depending on where the delivery is scheduled for.
Orders and Acceptance of Orders
When you make an order, you are making an offer to purchase, and such offer is subject to acceptance by TaiAami. Your receipt (email/SMS/push notification) of an order confirmation from us does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time, after receiving your order, to accept or decline or cancel your order (in whole or in part) for any reason whatsoever. You agree that, if TaiAami cancels all or a part of your order, your sole and exclusive remedy is either that:
(a) TaiAami will issue a credit to your credit/debit card or bank account in the amount charged for the cancelled portion (if your account card has already been charged for the order) or
(b) TaiAami will not charge your credit/debit card or bank account for the cancelled portion of the order.
Substitution Policy
Since flower arrangements are hand-made, there may be a slight variation from the picture shown. Occasionally, substitution of flowers is necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.
In such a case, our experienced team will ensure we deliver the product as close as possible to the description/photograph shown and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
In an event where a product that you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you to give an option of an alternate product.
Returns and Refund Policy
